On Tuesday, May 13, GAC researcher Diego Andrade Canosa participated in the Innovation Day held at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, where the results of the 22 proofs of concept (POCs) developed within the framework of the European Inno4Scale project, funded by the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking, were presented.
Diego Andrade was one of the invited speakers at the “AI and Machine Learning for Scalable Applications” roundtable, where he had the opportunity to present the results of his proof of concept, ESPLAG. GAC researchers collaborated with researchers from the Galician Supercomputing Center (CESGA) to produce a prototype training tool based on sparse codes.
